Switchfoot es una banda de rock alternativo proveniente de San Diego, California, Estados Unidos. Alcanzaron su éxito prominente a los mediados de 2000. Según Jon Foreman, el nombre “Switchfoot” es un término utilizado en el ámbito del surf. “A todos nosotros (los integrantes de la banda) nos encanta el surf y lo hemos practicado toda nuestra vida por lo que, para nosotros, el nombre tiene sentido. Posicionar tus pies significa tomar una nueva postura que enfrente la dirección opuesta. Se refiere al cambio y al movimiento, una manera de aproximarse a la vida y a la música.”

Este ultimo disco esta buenazo, puede q a algunos no les guste mucho, porque suenan un poco diferente a sus anteriores discos, eso quiere decir q la banda esta evolucionando, en cuanto a mi me encanta el nuevo disco especialmente las canciones Dirty second hands, american dream, amateurs love, yesterdays, en fin, creo q todos, se los recomiendo…
